Anything for a client comes back as a draft or a proposed change. You read it, fix a line if you need to, and approve it. Nothing goes out or changes until you do.

Ease asks before it acts.
Ease can read your mail, draft replies, and read and edit your Drive files. Sending an email, creating, editing, renaming, moving or trashing a file each stop at a confirmation card that shows exactly what will change. You approve it, or it doesn’t happen.
Ease never permanently deletes a file. It only moves files to Google Drive’s Trash, where Google keeps them for 30 days and you can restore them.
Check it yourself: open your Google account’s connections page, find YourEase, and see exactly which permissions you granted. You can remove access there at any time. Ten seconds.

Can Ease send email on my behalf?+
Only when you approve it. Ease reads your mail and writes the draft; a send happens after you confirm it on a confirmation card, or you can open the draft in your own Gmail and send it from there. The permissions you granted are listed on your Google account’s connections page, and you can remove them there at any time.
What happens if I ignore a draft?+
Nothing. Discard it in Ease, or open it in Gmail and leave it there like any other draft. Ease never follows up on your behalf.
Can it change my Drive files?+
Yes, with your approval. Ease can read your Drive files and create or edit Docs, Sheets and Slides, and rename, move or trash files (scope: drive). Each change shows a confirmation card first. Ease never permanently deletes a file: it only moves files to Google Drive’s Trash, where Google keeps them for 30 days and you can restore them.
Does it change my calendar on its own?+
It can create, move and delete events, but every write waits for your explicit okay. Reading the calendar to find free time needs no confirmation.

What is Energy?+

Does it read all my email?+
It reads what the request needs: the threads for the clients in scope, for the period in scope. Personal and Business connections are separate, and access is revocable from your Google account at any time.
